Self-priming turbine for MARLLIN® magnetic stirrer

SELF-PRIMING

The self-priming turbine is designed to disperse a gas in a liquid. Its tubular shaft has openings at the top to enable the gas to be sucked out at the top of the vessel. This suction will be generated by depression of the self-priming turbine.

The self-priming turbine is mainly used for its extensive centrifugal effect.

It can also be found in special applications such as hydrogenation type processes.

DESIGN OF THE SELF-PRIMING TURBINE

Definition basis: Dual disk turbine + vertical flat strips
Number of blades: 6
Rotation direction: Clockwise
