You may view the site without revealing your identity or any other personal information.
As far as personal data that you might communicate to us is concerned and, pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation dated 25 May, 2018, you have the benefit of: 
  • A right to access and rectify;
  • A right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”), a right governing limitation of processing and a right to oppose processing in the cases set out by current regulations.
  • The right to define directives relative to the fate of your personal data after your death;
  • The right to portability of the gross data supplied to the Publisher;
  • The right to make a complaint to the appropriate authorities (the CNIL data privacy agency in France).
These rights may be exercised by sending a letter to the company’s registered office.

These rights must be exercised in the conditions set out by current regulations. In particular, the requester will be asked for a copy of an identity document as proof of its identity to the company to prevent any unauthorised access to the personal data concerned.

The information collected from you is necessary to be able to process your requests: processing of your messages, the commercial relationship, processing of online orders, subscription to newsletters, etc.  This information is not under any circumstances disclosed to third parties. Only MARLLIN personnel or those of the agencies that assist us with the management of these operations have access to the data. These agencies must respect the confidentiality of the information and only use it for the specific operation in which they are involved. We take all relevant precautions to preserve the integrity of the data and its confidentiality and prevent disclosure to any unauthorised third parties.
